When I was in the hot spring pool in Hokkaido the last year, I tried naked yoga in the pool & I have to say I love the feeling of being naked and doing yoga. It should be a feeling you can try if you really wanted to feel good with your own body. It was just so marvalous!! I am a yoga teacher now and I wish I can teach naked yoga one day!!

nude yoga is a creat strees breaker and makes you more relaxed in confortable with the right people and under the right temperature, i recommend it to women who are a little tired of wearing under gear all the time, i am a woman with larger breast and bum and doing yoga without cloths mkaes me moe relaxed sometimes if i am alone or with other women.

I am a 58 year old 278 pound man and have just begun taking a nude yoga class. It is the most challenging and ejoyable thing I have done in decades. It has helped me become more comfortable with my body and is a great workout. I am the oldest and heaviest student and the class does only wonderful things for me. If anyone is considering a nude yoga class...jump right in and enjoy!!!

I have had an interest in this for quite some time. I also heard that their might be a place in Boston. However, I would like to know if their is a place closer to my home.
