Namaste' to you. This is wonderful. My children do yoga with me but I know that it can be difficult to get children to engage in yoga because it is different and depending on a child's personality it may be intimidating to start something new. When this is the case, if a child can see it first, it becomes less intimidating and more doable and realistic for them to see themselves doing it. Fantastic. Thank you for your work.
