Absolutely awesome!!!! I just purchased 2 of Patricias videos & Im in love with them. Finally a workout with fabulous music!! I cant say enough except that I will be purchasing more of Patricias videos. What a great workout...Keep them coming. Thanks!!!

Hi Patricia! Thanks for sharing. I know of Patricia from 'way back also, as she used to be the host on an MTV dance video I used. It was pretty fun and energetic stuff - but nothing like her cool IntenSati routines!

Sometime around 1995 or '96, I did my regular morning workout to Patricia Moreno on F/X (with Tom Bergeron). I taped numerous exercise programs so I could exercise at other times also and have played them for years. I just did my first workout in five years because of ongoing health and physical problems. Even though my VCR tapes are getting quite smeary, today I had to start back in with those old tapes. It felt so good to be watching and exercising to them again I just had to look you up to see if you were still in physical training. I see you have been very busy. Good for you!!

Hi Patricia, it's Mathias from Biarritz in France, the son of Jean Claude and Nicole Ranque. We don't met for about 10 years, a long time, but my mother speaks about you very often remembering the stages. So I just want to say you that if one day you want to come to Biarritz for a week my mother would be so happy. I could give you my appartment for the week without any problem. Laurence is also living between Toulouse and Biarritz and will soon have a daughter (about end of July).

Hi Karen! Unfortunately, I couldn't find a class schedule for New Jersey, but I suggest going on the intenSati blog and asking the members there.

http://intensati.com/blogs/blog/2007/10/29/bodysati-blog/ Patricia often posts on the blog as well, so if you have a particular question to ask her about the program, she'll probably answer!

By the way, the DVDs are super, and give you a real one-on-one feeling. Doesn't substitute for a class, I know, but the approach is better than most "watch me do this" DVDs.

Are any classes offered in New Jersey in Intensati dance, Intensati core, ect. that you may bee aware of? I realize there are videos and DVD's but I do better with a class and personal interaction.
