Great list! I like yogijim.com for free videos and My Yoga Online is also a great site! Glad to see it on the list. I almost didn't join it, but I read a review at internetyogaclass.com about My Yoga Online and decided to try it out. I love doing yoga at home!

MyFreeYoga.com is relatively new but has over twelve categories of yoga practice to choose from. It's a great yoga fitness social network.

yogatoday is a great free online class in a beautiful setting with 3 levels shown for each one hour class i wish there were more sites like this. and one at the beach would be awesome!
