Bamboo Flute Yoga Music
From LoveToKnow Yoga
When you want a different sound to accompany your routine, bamboo flute yoga music is a good alternative.
Types of Flutes
A flute is a versatile wind instrument with many shapes that produces a variety of sounds and is comprised of materials ranging from bamboo to glass.
There are side-blown, or traverse, flutes and end-blown. A side-blown model is a long tube with a hole at one end in which to blow air. An end-blown version is the pan flute or the reed flute. End-blown flutes vary widely in style, depending on construction. Some are even circular.
For centuries, cultures around the world have used bamboo flutes, because the reed plant was so accessible. Today, bamboo continues to be a favored instrument material because of its sustainability.
