The studio is run by founder Norma Chirolla, who also functions as director and teacher. Chirolla has studied with Roy Eugene Davis since 1984, who learned his craft from Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi. She is certified to teach both yoga and meditation.

The studio offers six- and ten-week programs in Hatha yoga and meditation. The first class of the day begins at 10 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:15 p.m.

Atlanta Yoga

Atlanta Yoga is located at 660-B 9th St., and their phone number is (404) 892-7797. They provide an open, accepting, non-competitive atmosphere and "welcome students in their current state of being." Their instructors believe in guiding and teaching their students to develop a lifelong yoga practice, one breath at a time.

Yoga enthusiasts can take classes in Mysore and Ashtanga yoga in stages of basic, level 1, and level 2. The first class of the day begins at 7 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 8 p.m. Atlanta Yoga has eight teachers, both male and female.

Peachtree Yoga Center

Their intention is to help students find the quiet, equanimity, and inner wisdom that is "the promise of yoga." Wherever you are in your practice, they offer classes to help move you along your path. Aside from yoga, they also offer therapeutic massage, meditation sessions, and private yoga sessions.

Peachtree Yoga Center offers classes at basic and intermediate levels, as well as Power Flow; Wake Up; prenatal and gentle yoga; Kundalini; and Kid's yoga. The first class of the day begins at 7 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:30 p.m. They have twelve teachers, both male and female.

Stillwater Yoga

Stillwater Yoga has two locations:

This studio specializes in Iyengar Yoga, with class categories of gentle, levels 1 and 2; a vigorous session; Pranayama; and Vinyasa. The first class of the day begins at 8 a.m., and the last class of the day begins at 7:30 p.m. Stillwater Yoga has ten teachers, both male and female.
