To help you narrow down locations, consider your answers to these questions:
- How many yoga classes do you want per day? One? Two or more?
- Do you want to stick with your current style of practice or try something new?
- Are you hoping to learn additional aspects of yoga, such as pranayama or meditation?
- Will the class size or instructor matter?
- Are you comfortable in a communal lodging setting, or do you need a private room?
- Do you want a location with on-site meals or will fending for yourself be okay?
- Will the spa’s other amenities, such as massage selections, facials, and other wellness features, factor in to your stay?
- Do you want to attend other wellness programs?
Once you evaluate what will really matter to you on this trip, you’ll have an easier time weighing your options for Arizona spas with yoga classes.
